Most people get angry when summer ends. Because it's the end of holidays, the end of careless walks on the beach, the end of not caring about things. The ocean gets colder, people get colder, less cheerful, more anxious. It's like we've paused our routine for a few weeks, but at some point we have to press "play" again, and do all the things we kind of hate.
But, I don't get it. I like my routine. It's not something special. In fact, it's not special at all. But if you don't like the way you live, why don't you just change it? I mean, people complaint all the time about their job, their school, college or whatever. I guess they don't get the fact that these are their choices. There's a quote that says "My goal is to create a life I don't need a vacation from". And it's so damn right.
If we could just stop complaining about everything and start acting it would be so much easier. So just, go to school 'cause you do learn so many things there. Go to college 'cause it's the first step on your career. If you don't love your job, quit and do what you love. Don't think about what can happen in a year. Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.
