lose weight in 1 week fast easy

Britney Spears is so damn right! You wanna hot body? You better work b****! That's why recently I added some new exersices at my workout routine. I'm working out only 30 minutes every day but I'm really impressed with the results. You don't have to go to the gym, or work out 2 hours. If you just wanna tone your body and not to lose weight, then a few exersices can make the difference without spending a lot of time. 

My routine: 20 jumping jacks, 100 squats (or more cuz it's my fav exersice), 60 bridges, 30 donkey kicks, 30 lunges, 30 leg lifts, 50 crunches, 20 push-ups and 60 sec on wall. It doesn't take much time, and it's not very tiring. You just feel that burn, which is great, it means it's working.

Some tips: Have an awesome playlist, but don't sing along because you 'll lose counting. Don't forget to breathe normally, and drink water during the breaks. I personally prefer to work out just a little in the morning (30 squats and 20 crunches) and mostly at night· because that way if I won't do the exersices I' ll feel guilty and I won't sleep (I know, I'm weird). Obviously, I'm not an expert, I'm just saying what I do and what works for me. Holidays is a great season to start working out a little, cuz there's so much food around all the time!
